We are more than a co-living. We do weekly MasterMinds, outdoor workouts, hikes, investor dinners, events, and more.

All to help you get stronger and make a transition to a new level of being.

Your progress is our top priority. We want to ensure that living in the house gives you maximum value and makes your stay truly worthwhile.

Access to laundry, lounge area, kitchen, and more. 
Utilities, wifi, bad sheets included. . 5-8 sq. feet room with a table, wardrobe, window, and double or single bed.

Weekly Workshops*

Every Saturday, we have a Brainstorm Workshop that you can join. It aims to help you get through potential struggles, share your next steps, and gather feedback from others.

Fitness and Well-being*

We run 2 miles to the Marina District 3 times a week. To recharge, enjoy nature, and feel great. On weekends, we also organize hikes and invite other Bay Area founders. You’re welcome to join!

Special guest dinners*

Every two weeks, we host a Special Guest Dinner. Our network includes partners and startups from YC, TechStars, Google, OpenAI, and others.

Demo day*

Once a month, we have a networking event where Residents meet investors, mentors, and potential collaborators. This is a chance to showcase your projects and gain feedback from peers. If you have a demo to present, you are welcome to do so.

What’s included in the cost of living?

The cost covers:

• Weekly group activities, including a 4-hour mastermind session on Saturdays
• Utilities, water, and high-speed internet
• Fully furnished private room with bedding provided
• Kitchenware and household essentials
• Access to shared spaces

Can I stay for less than a month?

Yes, but the price will be slightly higher for short-term stays.

Can I move in with a partner?

Yes, but the cost will increase slightly to cover additional utilities. Submit a request, and we’ll discuss the details.

Are discounts available?

Yes, discounts are available if:

• You stay for 6 months or more
• You’re willing to assist with management or cleaning tasks

Where is the house located, and what’s nearby?

The house is at 1326 Larkin Street, conveniently located near:

• California Street with its iconic cable cars
• Public transport to all parts of the city
• Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market
• A lively street just 5 minutes away, full of cafes, restaurants, gyms, and salons
