We are more than a co-living. We do weekly outdoor workouts, hikes, movie nights, and more.

All to help you get stronger and make a transition to a new level of being.

Utilities, Wi-Fi, and bed sheets are included. 120-180 sq. feet room with a table, wardrobe, window, and double or single bed.

Community dinners*

Every Saturday/Sunday, we host community dinners we'll love you to join. Here grow and network together in a fun atmosphere. And take care of healthy snacks — all to boost your mood and well-being.

Fitness*

We’re going hiking! To recharge, enjoy nature, and feel great. Sometimes, we invite other Bay Area founders. You’re most welcome to join:)

What’s included in the cost of living?

The cost covers:

• Weekly group activities, including a 4-hour mastermind session on Saturdays
• Utilities, water, and high-speed internet
• Fully furnished private room with bedding provided
• Kitchenware and household essentials
• Access to shared spaces

Can I stay for less than a month?

Yes, but the price will be slightly higher for short-term stays.

Can I move in with a partner?

Yes, but the cost will increase slightly to cover additional utilities. Submit a request, and we’ll discuss the details.

Are discounts available?

Yes, discounts are available if:

• You stay for 6 months or more
• You’re willing to assist with management or cleaning tasks
