The cost covers weekly group activities including a 4-hour Saturday mastermind, utilities, water, high-speed internet, a fully furnished private room with bedding, kitchenware and household essentials, and access to shared spaces.

Can I stay for less than a month?

Yes, but the price will be slightly higher for short-term stays.

Can I move in with a partner?
